Consent to Terms & Conditions

  1. Submission of loan application/ consent letter to Clix Capital Services Pvt Limited (“CLIX” or “Lender”) does not imply automatic approval by the Lender and the Lender will decide the quantum of the loan at its sole and absolute discretion. The Lender in its sole and absolute discretion may either sanction or reject the application for granting the loan.
  2. No discount / gift or any other commitment is given or offered to us / me whatsoever which is not documented in the loan agreement by CLIX or any of its authorized representative(s).
  3. Copies of documents, as per the list, have been provided by me / us willingly for loan evaluation / eligibility check and same will not be returned in the event of rejection, that I / we shall furnish any additional documents as and when required by CLIX.
  4. I / We declare that all the particulars and information and documents provided along with this form are true, correct, complete and up to date in all respects and that I / we have not withheld any information whatsoever.
  5. I / We also authorize CLIX to use the documents and information provided herewith to extract additional information from various public domains.
  6. Any fault or misrepresentation in the document will be my / our sole responsibility and CLIX has the authority to take rightful action against any such fault / misrepresentation.
  7. I / We hereby authorize and give consent to CLIX to disclose and share information furnished by me / us in the application form(s) / related documents executed / to be executed in relation to the facilities to be availed by me / us from CLIX, CLIX’s branches / subsidiaries / affiliates / any Credit Bureaus / Rating Agencies / Service Providers / Banks / Financial Institutions, Government / Regulatory authorities who may need, process and publish the information in such manner and through such medium as it may be deemed necessary by the lender / regulatory authority(ies) including publishing the name as part of willful defaulter’s list from time to time and also use for KYC information verification credit risk analysis etc.
  8. I / We authorize CLIX and/or any person acting on its behalf to access and collect information/data from Credit Bureau agencies for the purpose of evaluating and processing my loan application.
  9. I / We hereby represent and warrant that I / We have full and adequate authority to submit application and such documents for availing the loan from CLIX.
  10. I / We authorize and give consent to CLIX for sharing new products offering to me / us regularly.
