(“Clix”) on Paytm’s platform operated by One97 Communications Limited (“OCL”) (“Paytm Platform”). One97 acts as a service partner to Clix Finance for certain services which include collection of customers’ /merchants’ KYC documents, customer service, technology service provider and to act as a collection agent.
