During this time of unprecedented uncertainty, our hearts are with those affected by the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). We applaud communities’ and governments facing extreme measures in the attempt to slow the spread.

We acknowledge the crucial role that we play in your lives and have consciously monitored the situation in India from day one, to plan our next steps in getting through the pandemic. Safeguarding our customers and employees
Social distancing is the need of the hour. In order to keep you safe, we introduced a zero contact policy at all our business units, Pan-India. We have introduced virtual meetings, teleconferencing; and our employees are working from home to serve you dedicatedly.
Business Continuity plans
Taking learnings from many other countries, we started our planning as early as February 2020 to have a robust plan to continue our services for you – be it any location, temporary setup, multiple location back-ups, remote setups or work from home operations – we have planned it all. In the same light, we want to reassure you that Clix Capital and our subsidiaries will continue to support you and stand by you, at all times.

We understand your financial matters require urgent attention and our support plays a key role. We are working from home to ensure uninterrupted services for you. I want to share the modes of communication, where you can reach out to us from Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
